How do I book a lesson?You can email at evelinek9@gmail.com to book a slot for the private class. You will receive a reply within 3 business days. A PayPal payment request will be sent to you once the class time and day is confirmed. Likewise, you can also submit an inquiry form at the bottom of the page.

How do I make a payment?Paypal payment request will be sent to you after a class is confirmed.

Can I request for a refund if I could not make it for the class.Payment is non-refundable. However, you can request to have a class replacement.

What is the rate of the class? (Private and Group)Group classes are offered from time to time ($6 per 40mins session). For Private Classes, it will be $15 per 40 mins session.

Is Traditional Chinese being taught in the classes?The classes are in simplified Chinese unless requested.

Are the classes immersion?For group classes, it depends on which classes you are signing up for. The classes will be taught in Mandarin and English if there is no stated of "Full Immersion". You can drop an inquiry to me if you are not clear about the class level. Thank you!
